Background
I'm a results-driven Technical Programme Manager with over 20 years' experience leading cross-functional change programmes in highly regulated sectors. My career spans organisations like Airbus, Stellantis, EasyJet, and Etihad Airways, where I've delivered cybersecurity transformations, SOC modernisations, and enterprise-wide security architecture programmes.
Most recently, I set up a new SIEM & Architecture transformation programme at SEFE, aligning operations against NIS2 and NIST frameworks. At Stellantis, I owned a $50M cybersecurity roadmap that achieved 30% improvements in detection and response times through DevSecOps and zero-trust integrations.
Earlier in my career, I delivered training in PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, ITIL, and Scrum to over 1,200 professionals with a 97% pass rate - for clients including Deloitte, Airbus, and the United Nations.
